What You Need To Go ALL-IN:

Understanding of YOUR Swing:

  • Every hitter is different. One thing that helps a hitter could be the worst thing for another. Scrolling through social media and finding “Quick Fixes” is NOT an answer.

  • Hitting Lessons 1x per week can help. But what are you doing the other 6 days?? The best hitters in the world develop routines and execute them DAILY. You need an understanding of how your body moves, how your mind thinks, and a game plan to attack those needs DAILY.

Build an “Engine” :

  • Many athletes are too weak, too underweight, too slow, lack power, and don’t fuel their bodies properly. They think a drill will increase Exit Velocity or Bat Speed when they need a proper Sports Performance Program & proper nutrition.

  • Athletes need a program to become a freak athlete. They need to become the fastest, strongest, and most explosive they can become. That takes daily discipline.

Accountability:

  • The slowest way to develop is ALONE.

  • Athletes need a Coach + Mentor to push them and challenge them towards areas of growth. They also need to be in a CULTURE of Excellence. Like-Minded Athletes that are pushing themselves and their peers to be the best version of themselves.

  • Weekly Sessions w/ David to develop efficient movements, allow the hitter to understand personal needs, build proper habits, and a create a solid plan for the week.

  • Custom Remote Hitting Plans for other 6 days of the week.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE

What’s Included:

  • Complete Offseason Sports Performance Program providing: Strength Program, Speed Work, Mobility, Arm Care + More!

  • Nutrition assistance to make sure athletes fuel their bodies properly and hit dietary goals.

  • Weight Room Access M-F (5:00PM-7:00PM) to Complete Workouts, if needed.

  • All Programming is on Facility Training app including Video Demos + Weight Tracking.

Our Belief on Development

The typical trend of Baseball players + families is:

Working hard from November through March, being “too busy” during the Spring and Summer, and taking the fall off as a “break.” The minority of your time is spent developing. Each season is different for sure, however, the best never stop working. At Zeal, we want you to be the best. No more “taking the spring and summer off” because of games. The spring season is maybe the most important time to have a weekly hitting routine, to have a coach to go over videos of at-bats, the chance to make minor adjustments for big gains, and to make sure we stay in the weight room to maintain + develop our strength. The Summer is time to get bigger, faster, and stronger. It is the time to increase bat speed, quickness, adjustability and control. The time to make sure we are locked in when competing in big tournaments. The Fall is time to refresh: get your body right, analyze areas to attack, and make the changes necessary to prepare for the winter. Our point is this: If you TRULY want to achieve your baseball goals, it takes everything you have. It takes what it takes.

For athletes looking to go All-In, there is no “time off” period. It’s 24/7, 365 day COMMITMENT and BUY-IN. That is why we have structured our Program to function for year-round training, year-round access, and year-round mentorship. Our pricing is tailored to benefit athletes and families looking to commit long-term. It is SIMPLE: The longer you commit, the lower the monthly payment is and the more benefits you receive.
