The #1 issue we see in travel baseball is the lack of DEVELOPMENT. Teams charge a ton of money for random practices with little instruction, too many games, and little guidance to set you up to play at the next level. Your money should be spent on your athletes making MAJOR IMPROVEMENTS to their Skills, Body, and Confidence. That is what we provide. At Zeal, our travel ball athletes are placed on our High Level Player Development program for the YEAR and play in competitive tournaments on top of that to showcase their skills.

What Zeal Select Athletes Receive

  • SKILL DEVELOPMENT

    - Athletes are placed on our Development Program for 1 YEAR (Sept.-Aug.)

    -MLB/MiLB Hitting Consultant, David Wessells leads the offseason hitting development for all athletes. Athletes will develop efficient swing mechanics, bat speed + quickness, adjustability, and the mindset to dominate in the box.

    -Former Atlanta Braves draft pick, Victor Cavalieri will lead our pitching development & throwing programs for all athletes.

    -Catching, Infield, & Outfield coaches will work with athletes weekly to develop defensive skills.

  • SPORTS PERFORMANCE

    -Develop the BODY to attract College Coaches and Maximize Performance on the Diamond.

    -Athletes will be placed on our Sports Performance program to build foundational strength, increase speed & power, as well as nutritional guidance to gain weight and learn how to fuel their bodies.

    -Proper arm care and mobility will also be implemented into their program to ensure durability & health.

    -All workouts are on our Facility Training App. Athletes will have 24/7 access to their programs on top of training days in-house. Our app allows tracking progress in all areas of their development.

  • PREPARATION FOR THE NEXT LEVEL

    -Our competitive tournament schedule allows athletes the opportunity to showcase their skills in front of college coaches.

    -With our large social media presence, athletes will be promoted to college coaches frequently. Additionally, our coaches are constantly reaching out to connections with schools at all levels.

    -Our culture of excellence also teaches athletes the importance of discipline, hard work, and consistency that will help them long after their baseball career.

Additional Benefits

Technology

All athletes receive a Blast Motion Bat Sensor and Player Profile to track swing metrics all year. In addition, Rapsodo Ball Flight Monitors will be used all offseason to track Exit Velocity, Spin Rate, Distance, etc... As stated above, athletes are placed on our Facility Training App all year long for programming, swing breakdowns, and communication with coaches.

Apparel

All athletes receive 2 fully custom fitted jerseys and hats. In addition, athletes get practice gear (shirts, shorts, & BP hoodie) included with their team fees. We want our athletes to look good and feel good.

College Recruitment Help

Our coaches will assist athletes in reaching out to coaches, writing emails, or any guidance needed to make sure they find the right fit. If an athlete wants to play at the next level, we will ensure that we do everything we can to make that happen.
