Families pay more and more each year and get no return on their investment. In fact, if athletes want instruction or more training they have to pay EXTRA for Lessons, Camps, & Programs.
Random Practices
Athletes should be spending the year GETTING BETTER!
They should not have random practices once a week with tons of reps & no guidance.
This creates a lot of standing around, going through the motions, and no plan for growth for the athletes.
Lack of Preparation for the Next Level
Athletes and Families are left on their own to figure out the recruiting world and habits that will help athletes be ready to step into a college program prepared to perform on Day 1.
We are NOT a Travel Ball Organization.
We take our Proven Player Development system and place our athletes on it for a 12 Month Contract. Teams are built of serious athletes willing to commit for a year and go all-in on developing, while adding in a competitive Summer Tournament Schedule.
